RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Reservations may be canceled without penalty by up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time by logging into your MindBody profile online. If your reservation is canceled 4 hours before the class start time, the class will be credited back to your account to use for another class. Unfortunately, if cancellation is not received 4 hours before the class start time, we will not be able to credit the ride back to your account. If you have an unlimited package, you will be charged $5 for a late cancellation. All NO-SHOWS will be accessed with a $12 fee. It’s important to sign-in when you arrive. If you’re not signed in 5 minutes before class, your spot may be released to allow for walk-ins or riders on our wait-list or you may be mistaken as a "NO SHOW". We appreciate your understanding that we can't make exceptions to this policy.

RETURNS

All series sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a series. If you choose not to continue your CycleGANG series, you are not eligible for a refund. If you feel you will not be able to complete a package, you may want to choose one of the smaller packages.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

All merchandise sales are final. Refunds for merchandise will only be provided in the form of store credit or exchange in the case of a fault. No refunds for cash.

WAIVER AND RELEASE STUDIO LIABILITY RELEASE

(Please read the following carefully, and check “I agree” when you are ready to proceed.) By signing up for and/or attending CycleGANG classes, activities, and other programs, and using CycleGANG ’s premises, facilities, and equipment (collectively, “classes and facilities”), you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in indoor cycling and exercise and in using indoor cycling and exercise equipment in association with the classes and facilities. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the classes and facilities provided by CycleGANG, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the classes and facilities, (2) I, for myself, my heirs and assigns waive, release and forever discharge CycleGANG, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in and use of the classes and facilities, and (3) represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending and/or using any of CycleGANG ’s classes and facilities and/or put you in any physical or medical danger and have not been instructed by a physician not to do so. CycleGANG  hereby advises you that individuals with any chronic disabilities or conditions are at risk in using CycleGANG classes and facilities, and are advised against doing so. In addition, if in the opinion of CycleGANG staff, you would be at physical risk using CycleGANG classes and facilities, you will be denied access to CycleGANG and its classes and facilities until you furnish CycleGANG with an opinion letter from your medical doctor, at your sole cost and expense, specifically addressing CycleGANG concerns, and stating that CycleGANG concerns are unfounded. If you decline to obtain such a letter, you will not be permitted to use the classes and facilities of CycleGANG . No one under 18 is allowed without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. CycleGANG makes no representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through this one.
